All prices are shown in United States Dollars and are exclusive of shipping costs. United States dollars are the only acceptable payment currency.
We are currently using payment by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB) is accepted. 
Payment by other means is not accepted.


We ship to the United States and Canada by FedEx, UPS, or registered airmail. Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment, and are shipped following your choice. Once your package is successfully shipped, we will send you a tracking number to allow you to follow the status of your purchases online (when applicable). Special arrangements can be made for people residing in other countries, use our Contact Form online to inquire about deliveries to other countries.
 Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transportation fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. To save on shipping cost, we advise you to group your items in one order. Please also note that shipping costs are given only for your reference. Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Should you be interested in other courier companies (DHL, USPS, etc.), please contact us before placing an order.
If you reside or ship items outside of the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


Defective products must be reported to us within 7 days after the reception date by completing the Return Form online, sending an email to returns@US191.com, or calling 1-877-941-8956. Upon receipt of your merchandise and confirmation of the product quality, your purchase will be exchanged or your payment refunded, depending on the stock status. You will be liable for all charges on shipping.

Returns shall not apply if products have been damaged by abuse, negligence, accident, unreasonable use, modification, or tampering. Should you need more detailed information/precisions on any product, please contact us before making any order. All sales are final.
